Built originally in about 1960. Nice home but older. 2 car garage. 2 br 1 b with new sunroom since hurricane. On 2 lots on 3rd street. An additional br could be finished upstairs. Living, dining ,study. Maintained with outdoor garage on extra lot. Can you supply an approximate value as to determine if she sells or not. Has been maintained. Thanks Steve Platt Aunt Billie Turner

I suggest that you ask a couple of Realtors to help you with an estimate of fair market value. They need to know:
1. Your property
2. Your local market
3. Your personal situation (when you plan to move, how much you need to net, etc.).
The combination of these factors should allow them to provide you with a range of value. If you need a referral of a top Realtor in your area, I'd be happy to arrange it.
