There is probably someone in your area that really needs and is looking for just what you have to sell.

Here are few suggestions for marketing your mobile home, some of which you may have already done:

1) Post a For Sale sign with your phone number in a location near the street.
2) Create a flyer with basic information about the mobile home, including price, and place copies of the flyer in a brochure holder that is attached to your sign. You can buy for sale signs and brochure holders at Home Depot or Lowe's.
3) Also post flyers at your post office and any other location around town that allows.
4) Place an ad in your local newspaper and Thrifty Nickel, or any other local publication.
5) Call in an ad to your local radio station, if it has a Swap Shop
6) Place a free online ad on Craig's List here:
