Hello everyone I just found this site and I am very upset with what is going on. I really need to know more information on this matter, because I also have paid in full for a lot on Creekside. I understand that there is no development being made within the Lone Oak Villages. I feel that the dues and taxes being asked for should not be paid. Please send me any information on what is really going on here so that I may also do my part in helping with this matter.

I realize the land mortgage will affect credit scores but what will happen if we just stop paying the HOA dues? I can't see what the HOA dues are buying us at this point.

Everyone, start posting comments on websites like this!! Keep the presure on. I can not believe they are getting away with this! They have to answer to someone and the fact is they are covering up and using the bad economy as a cop out!! Wonder if they recieved bail out $$$ This is just so WRONG....

We don't live there, we own a home in another location. I'm just wondering if the bank will sue us or what fees we will have to pay. I understand it will ruin my credit, but if it gets us out of this note then it will be worth it, taxs, and HOA fees, then it will be worth it.

Usually if you stop paying you have to leave. It will affect your credit score also.
