With a look at the last month of sold homes, this is what I came up with. New Castle, single familiy detached -88 days @ 263K Kent ,single familiy detached- 106 days @ 204K , and all single familiy in Sussex-197 days @286K. This only shows the days on market for the SOLD homes. There are alot of homes on the market longer. Most buyers do not want to do a lot of work. If a home is move in ready, and priced right it should sell in this time frame. All of my listings have been under contract within 90 days.
