There are a lot of agents that will "list" your property. When you are looking for an agent to list be sure to check that they are using IDX so that your property gets Full Exposure to all agents and websites.

You could also check to see if any agents in your area have an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation which means that they specialize in land brokerage transactions.
