One more thing, is your home reasonably priced for the location? Have you looked at sales comparisons for your neighborhood? How's your curb appeal? Is the home in good condition? Also you might want to consider smaller details such as clutter. If a room is cluttered with nic-nacks or pictures it distracts the prospective buyer away from the home itself. Too much furniture or too large of a piece of furniture to a room may make it feel cramped, similarly paint colors can have a dramatic effect as well. Wild colors are also distracting and darker colors can make a room feel uninviting/unappealing, crushingly small and cold.
Now I don't know anything about you or your home but those are just a few things to consider. Are you working with a realtor at all?
Not that you're asking for suggestions but if I were in your position, I'd keep my home on the market atleast until mid fall. To my understanding, real estate booms in the spring and summer. The summer has just begun. On top of that several first time homebuyers such as myself are now scrambling to find a home to take advantage of the first time homebuyer's incentive.
You might want to consider removing your property temporarily then relisting it. This relisting tactic will cause your property to pop up as a "new" listing and may attract new buyers. I hope this helps.
Just FYI, I just went under contract to purchase a home that was listed in January, it IS possible just be patient. Good luck to you :)
