Finding the right agent to sell 25 acre lot with 3 houses, downtown Los Gatos

A good friend of mine is looking to sell a 25 acre lot with 3 properties on it.
It is located in downtown Los Gatos. Where can he find agents that specialize in lots, construction, or high end areas?

Hello Kyle, your friend's 25 acres would be about 1/3 of the total area of the town of Los Gatos. Where exactly is it located? Did you mean 2.5 acre lot?

The standard recommendation is that you interview 3 agents. I'm with Alain Pinel Realtors in Los Gatos. I specialize in construction and high end areas such as Los Gatos & Monte Sereno. Kyle,

Is this a joke? I don't sell a lot in Los Gatos, but I am not aware of any 25 acre parcels in downtown Los Gatos. How do you define downtown Los Gatos? If he has a lot that is 25 acres, it would have been there for generations, so he should be somewhat familiar with the Los Gatos market and its real estate agents.

Kyle,
Marketing and selling that parcel requires reaching out to the commercial development community. Also, because Los Gatos is so politically conservative in regards to development, choosing a buyer who has built there would be key. it is nice of you do do the research for you friend. I think I can help you out. First you want to look at all the Real Estate companies in Los Gatos, who is dominant in Los Gatos, who has the most sales and or dollar volumne in Los Gatos. One source is going tohttp:// www.realtrends.com, check with the San Jose Mercury News, call the local Multiple listing service, or let me tell you. That company is Alain Pinel. I have colleague that has taken a 10 acre parcel a client owned, subdivide it, sell off each parcel in one acre increments, and now selling completed homes on those one acre parcels.
