Escape Clause - Home Sale Contingency - Would realtors still show home to prospective buyers if there was a contract with a home sale contingency and an escape clause for the seller to get out if another buyer came along?

Yes. It would be disclosed to both parties that the house would continue to be shown. The seller's agent would also disclose it to other agents showing the property which may turn away other potential buyers.

The most important thing is to clearly disclose the true facts to all parties. Then they can decide for themselves.

Yes, it might continue to be shown... but the number of showings will drop significantly.
