Alot depends on condition and location. If the part of River ridge flooded, the price can be $20 SF less than if it didn't...and if depends on which side of Jefferson highway.

The prices will vary from $110 / SF to $180 per SF in River Ridge.

Neither the assessor's office nor the Clerk of Courts for the area offer online access to such information. Zillow does not have much informaiton for the River Ridge area. It is difficult to perform any comp analysis when the sold listings have only a price with a no details on square footage or number of bedrooms / baths. Most of the websites I have looked at are like this at least for the River Ridge, LA area.

Any other suggestions?

I suggest you ask a local Realtor. Or, of course, you can look on http://www.zillow.com, or you can check the country assessor's records. Just depends on your purpose.
