The appraiser I have used for years is in that area, I don't want to put his info on here without his knowledge but if you email me I would be happy to give you the contact info.

I am sure all appraiser are good, it is just the new guidelines that they have to deal with that are bad.

Now if you are a home seller, and want to have an idea of what price to list your home. You could ask a Realtor to give you closed comps, or you can look them up yourself at the Maricopa county recorders office.
