Does anyone know if outbuildings with concrete floors add significant resale value to the price of a rural home if so how much percentage wise?

My husband and I have a 50' x 60' metal building that hasn't been erected yet and are debating on whether to go ahead and put it up or sell the building before we put our home on the market. Our property is about 45 miles east of Kansas City,. We are 3 miles south of a interstate 70 right off blacktop.
