Fort Rucker has landed a big contract recently. When the military has new contractors coming in you tend to see more money in the new nearby cities. I hope that Daleville will start to benefit and that the Chamber holds the businesses located outside the gate to present a better picture of Daleville.

Also, there is a new water reservior being constructed. This would lead me to believe that the city is planning for growth!

This question can be applied to every large or small community in the United States. Eventually, all the markets will turn up - some time in the future.

You have to take a look at your community. Will there be growth in the coming years? What is the local leadership doing in terms of improving the socio-economic base for its citizens? Get involved in your local government - attend city council meetings, check on the news at the Chamber of Commerce. Don't hesitate to contact your local real estate agent - they know the trends in your local area.

There is no crystal ball that can predict the future, but you are off to the right start - just keep that ball rolling!
