Do you know of neighborhoods other than Castle Hills and Lantana that require fee at closing.?
I believe both these communities require the seller to pay 1/2% of the sales price to go to the educational foundation that is staff by the family members of the developer. These are special deed restrictions that cannot be removed. Do you know of any other communities in Texas that charge a like fee.
