Sara's answer was correct that site will give you a range. The blog post I'm sending lists several other sites. Problem is, the values are based upon 2006 numbers. 2007 SEV's have not been released. The information from Port Huron also does not include above ground living sqft, bedrooms, baths, or lot size. That's why you should contact the City offices. By not starting with the correct information you may estimate the value too high. Please read the article in Today's Detroit Free Press about assessments

1128 Gillett is owned by Majestic Investments. The 2006 State Equalized Value was $32,000 (approximately half what Port Huron estimates the home to be worth) As of the last update the home was not foreclosed, records are behind a few months in that area. More information would be available by phone calling the City Assessors and Clerks offices
