It looks like what a lot of people, including myself, are speculating. The starter home neighborhoods have started to stabilize and now a lot of the higher-end neighborhoods are going to see their adjustments. There are obvious exceptions but from past history (ergo the 90's), but once the higher end homes adjust, we should start seeing some normalcy.

$106,000 average home price in Midway City??? That can't be accurate since there is nothing in Midway City under $200,000 short of maybe some Mobile Homes.

But, I've heard that they also have the biggest average size of lots - not that this has anything to do with your statement.
