Can you sell a home in short sale without a stove in PA?

You can sell a home without a roof if the buyer is willing to accept it. I financed one last year that didn’t have kitchen cabinets.

Sure why not? Normally the stove does stay but it does not HAVE to. There is no law or rule that you must leave it. Just make sure the buyer knows that there is no stove that remains!

Yep!

You can take the stove with you, just make sure if you have an offer it is not included in.. or no you have to leave it!!

Yes, is the answer to your question. Kitchen appliances are not permanent fixtures so they do not have to be convened with the sale unless stated otherwise on the contract.

You may take your stove with you provided that it is was not included in the contract to sell your home.
