FIRST ANSWER

Erin- if you list your property on the Wilmington MLS your listing will be posted on Trulia in addition to another 30+ real estate websites including the broker's website. In this buyer's market you need all the help you find the best buyer out there. Statistics show that listed properties sell at a 16% premium to FSBO's more than covering the typical commission.
