Sometimes.
Views online are not always a person.
Views in person should be reported to you with feedback.
A house on a lock box may not provide the same info as a home where the listing professional accompanies all showings.

Hi Joanne

There are weekly updates of Property Views on Trulia, MLS,
Virtual Tours etc.

Its a great place to advertise on trulia.

You can also get daily updates on who has entered your home
using the tracking via MLS Key Boxes.

Best regards

Absolutely. Your Realtor should be letting you know when a showing has been made and then give you feedback from the Realtor who showed your house.

Your broker or agent should be doing that for you and giving you updates as to the progress or are you selling it yourself and referring to online views?

Your listing agent can set it up so that you get, at the very least, a weekly report of how many people viewed the listing, etc. They should be able to do that not just for Trulia but for a number of other websites. It's good information to have, it will let you know if your listing is getting traffic and whether or not you may need to make some adjustments in price, etc. Definitely ask them to do that for you and good luck with the sale of your home.

Absolutely, your listing agent simply needs to supply your email address to Trulia and you can get weekly reports showing how many tmes your homne came up in a general search as well as how many times people then click through to see the full listing. Same thing on Zillow and Realtor.com. Ask your agent to set up these notifications for you.
