Can the buyer back out of contract after the closing in the state of Ohio?

An attorney could answer that question but, in my opinion, a closing means the money has been transferred making backing out impossible.

If you have already closed on a property you will definitely need to consult an attorney. A quick answer, though, would be that the definition of 'closed" is "the end" of a transaction. If the deed has not been filed, then an attorney may have some advice for you. Normally this does not happen, though.
