According to our MLS....There are currently 4 active listings in Beverly with 3 bedroom & 2 baths listed between $200,000 & $249,999 with an average market time of 118 days.

Homes that have closed in the past 6 months: there were 4....2 that closed from $150,000 to $199,900 with 157 days on the market and 2 that closed from $300,000 to $349,999 with 181 days on the market.

There was a home that has 3 bedroom & 2 bath with a basement & 1 car garage that was listed on 7/1/09 and went under contract on 7/11/09...only 10 days. They were asking $249,900.
