Can someone help me find a hard money loan... 70% LTV... I am hoping for an interest rate between 8-9% with
an equity share of 10%...
I want ot keep the payments as manageable as possible to enable a longer term hold where it is a win-win for everybody with the equity share... Any one knowing honest hard-money lends, please let me know -whether interested in equiiy share or not... thanks so much!

Hi Cyndi,
You could ask Derick VanNess, Freedom Home Buyers..... I haven't talked with him in awhile but I know that he has used many hard money lenders himself and was acting as one for awhile. Email me directly so that I can try to put you in contact. Tara Wed Apr 23 2008, 11:22 Web Reference: http://www.mysandiegoagent.com
