I know FHA passes amendment to the 60 day waiting period for buyers wanting to get an FHA loan on a foreclosed property.

Shel,

Randy's suggestion to consult with a local reputable lender is perfect.

Jeremy Coccimiglio with Axiom Financial is located in Draper and knows this area. With a dozen years as a lender, he is well equipped to help guide you in your decision, as he has with my clients. He can be reached at 801.201.4500.

I would recommend consulting with a loacl, reputable lender, Shel. But to my knowledge, there is a 90-day "seasoning" period that you'll have to wait in order to sell to an FHA buyer. Since you would be considered an investor, the waiving of that period on foreclosed property would not apply. You would, however, be able to sell it to a VA buyer.

Best of luck to you!
