Depending on who you have the Flat Fee Listing with will determine if it makes it into Trulia. As they are not full-service, I am doubtful that they will add it for you. As a Keller Williams agent, when I place the listings into my list server, it will then be directed to the real estate sections of Trulia, Google, Frontdoor, AOL, Yahoo, Cyberhomes, and a Showcase listing on Realtor.com. I am also a member of the Charlotte MLS and the Piedmont MLS of York, Lancaster, Chester counties, so I do double entries for my listings.

If you have further questions, do not hesitate to ask me.

Jason,

First contact your flat-fee co. and see if they include a Trulia listing in their service. If not, call Trulia for the latest scoop regarding FSBOs appearing on trulia.Their number is 888-568-6487. I am almost certain you can place a free ad in the blog section including photos, video, and links. However the blog machines that the agents are, it will get buried in nothing flat unless you post a comment on it regularly. Since you are doing a FSBO you might be interested in this>>>> http://www.trulia.com/blog/rockinblu/2008/08/thinking_about_…
