Beverly Marshal with Keller Willams 281-772-1395 - We just bought an investment townhouse using her as the realtor. She is great! She kept looking as long as we wanted and was truly our advocate during the negotiations.

That said, we have a 2 bedroom 2 .5 bath townhouse in the Memorial/Energy Corridor (1524 square feet). . It is located at 718 Country Place Drive Unit D Houston, Texas 77079 (gated community near I-10 & Dairy Ashford). It is 2 story and don't know if that would be a problem. Let us know if you would like to come see it.

Val Langford works for Greenwood King Properties & she listed our home in Sandalwood as well as 75% or more use her. She knows Memorial better than anyone I know!!! She is pleasant & patient to work with!!! She loves her work & it shows every time we would have a consult!!!
She is very honest on both sides of the table whether you are buying or selling & she will never pressure you into doing anything that is uncomfortable!!!!
Hope this helps... Very unbiased opinion from a client whose home did not sell, but 10 bedroom homes are not easy to sell!!

I am happy to listen to the clients and their needs, and then assist them. Are they like many downsizers--wanting something low maintenance? Would be nice to find them a perfect fit. I will also email you directly, Juliet. Bonita Gillis
