Well the answer could be yes or no!! It all depends on the agency you have listed with. My company has a seller guarantee that means that if anytime during the listing period you want to withdraw you can. We like happy people. Hope you have a company like mine. Good luck.

The contract you signed, or will sign, will answer this question for you. Just realize that if you aren't sure, that you're asking for your agent, buyer's agents and many buyers to do a lot of work for you without receiving anything for their plans or efforts.
If you are on the market now, discuss this with your agent. If something has happened, many will be disappointed, but understanding. If you were to offer to pay their expenses for what they've done so far, it may make their disappointment easier.
If you are not on the market yet, please don't go on until you are certain of your plan. It's really not fair to you or all the others involved. Best of luck however you proceed.

Absolutely they can. When you sign with a broker make sure you talk about early termination and if there are any repercussions.
