not be paid off, transfer or put a new lien on other personal or business property that I may own?
I'm not an attorney and you should look at your mortgage documents. I believe they cannot put a lien on a different property. However, if you do not pay off your mortgage in full because the mortgage is more than the house is now worth, they have the right to sue you for the difference. If they win the lawsuit then the judge can put a lien on your other properties.
