Can I post my home on here or is it only agents that can post? If I can, please direct me how to do it. Thanks

I list on the MLS through a flat fee broker ( $200-$400 more or less). Once your property is on the MLS, web sites like Trulia (and many others) will pick it up and display the same info and photos. The flat fee agent will redirect all calls to you. You can probably find one in IL by googling "flat fee MLS" etc. good luck!

Slp,

Trulia only accepts agent/broker listing. See my post on the thread attached to the link below for more info.
Emily's post that includes info on the subject may make better sense though, but you should read mine anyway, and check out the link. Good luck.

Hello,

You could have your agent put in a blog about your home and tell as much as he can about the property. This will help expose the home. Do you have it listed with a Realtor?

Remember for all your real estate needs.. "Call Firks 1st".com

Have a great weekend
