As previously mentioned, Trulia is only available to agents through the MLS. There are other sites however that will allow you to post your home. You might want to try http://www.forsalebyowner.com.

Hi Sherri - Trulia pulls real estate listings from the local multi-listing system when they're entered. I'm not sure if they offer an independent entry system for private home-owners. I know that I was able to manually input my listings prior to Trulia offering the cooperation with the multi-listing.

Marketing is very important with so many houses competing against one another in our market. I have developed a comprehensive marketing plan for my sellers that appears to be successful in conjunction with correct pricing and curb appeal.
