Sorry. Bad info on postlets.com feeding to trulia. They will only feed agent/broker listings. However, it is still a good place to list FSBO's. I like using the plus version.

Along with Marc's good sggestion of postlets.com, you might find the thread connected to the link below of some interest. it will be more coherent if you start at the first post at the bottom of the thread.

Finding a buyer is just the start of the sales process. Why would you risk your largest posession going it without representation. IT may seem easy, but mistakes you can make are plenty and once made, are irreversible.
Good luck with your decision.

Try FSBO.com, craigslist, and zillow....why are you not using a pro to sell your home? Just curious.

Hi Connie,

You can get your home listed here without a Realtor. If you change your mind though, give me a call! To get your home listed here and on several other websites, set up an account at postlets.com. Then input your photos and descriptions and it will be posted on several sites including Trulia.

Good luck with your home sale!

Hello Connie. Trulia is not a place where you can list properties as a FSBO. Trulia is a search engine that receives property information from various sources. Anybody who wants to post a property on Trulia has to verify that they are a licensed real estate professional in good standing. Here's what it what you'll see when you try to post a property on Trulia.
"Agent verification
Trulia's Single Listing Upload tool is intended as a Licensed Agent tool only. If you are a homeowner who would like your home listed on Trulia (so you can promote your home to more potential buyers), we suggest you email your agent with details on how they can upload your home to Trulia."

I hope this helps. Good luck to you with the sale of your home.

Sorry, but Trulia is not a For Sale By Owner site. You must have Realtor representation. Try Craigslist, Forsalebyowner.com
