Joe is wrong on more than one account I think. You can not do a FSBO here on Trulia. It must be listed with a Realtor to be here.

Cindy,

You can, but I can give you such a deal on a standard listing that you won't want to bother doing it yourself. Give me a call or send me an email. I am in your neighborhood.

My office has a FSBO deal that I think you might like, Please go to our website , http://www.OCflatfeemls.com and see what we can offer you to get the best possible marketing and your property viewed by over 20,000 agents.
I would love to help you with setting this up if you think this is a avenue that would benefit your sale of the home, which I believe is a very inexpensive but very valuable way to reach potential clients.
You will also stop getting calls from agents asking to list your property once you have used this process.

Let me know if this is something I can help you with? Please feel free to call Sean Rees Or Moka at 714-944-9618 with questions .

Best of luck ,

Moka

Looks like you got a really good answer below.

Let me know if you need a purchase loan for the property or want to get pre-approved (this will increase the chances of your loan being accepted) because I can certainly help you out there. You can call me at 408-352-5147 or email me at AGreer@themortgageoutlet.com. You can check us out at http://www.TheMortgageOutlet.com. I will look at your situation and present you with some options.

From my understanding, you may be able to list somewhere like forsalebyowner.com or some of the other FSBO websites an you will be filtered into Trulia. You may want to verify that though. I also believe if you take that route all your Trulia leads will be routed to Realtors in that area. I hope this helps you and good luck.

I understand that you will not be able to do this on Trulia. An agent/Realtor can do this for you.
