Can I accept an offer on condition that until buyer signs contract home stays on market & I can entertain other offers?

Until an executed contract is in place, signed by all parties and deposit money has been exchanged, you are free to do as you please...

Yes, a binder is not "binding", so absolutely you can entertain other offers.

Until you get all signatures and initials you can still accept offers. That is true anytime and you don't need to do anything special to do that. It's not a binding contract that is enforceable until all signatures and initials are there and the documents sent to all parties. Then you have a contract and can't accept anything other than backups.

I would always show for backup anyway. You never know what will happen until the contracts are signed and even the you don't know
