Hi Frank, I am not sure that I understand your question. Are you a builder/Realtor in Delaware or are you a builder/REALTOR in a neighboring state?

Work with your County MLS where the property is located or you can use a local Realtor.

If you are not a realtor in Delaware, I have a program that I use with builders. It will get your houses in 2 MLS services and realtor.com enhanced. Are they homes in Delaware? If not, I have someone who can help you. Let me know.

Are you a Delaware Realtor? If so, I would contact my local MLS to see what the process is to submit them to the MLS. If you are not a member of the Delaware MLS, my guess is to consult a local Realtor to represent you. I hope I understood your question.
