Being a cosigner who receives SSI, will it affect my supplemental security income if the owner decide to sell the house, it under a conventional loan

Thanks for the responses.

I was only a co signer to help my younger sister be eligible for a higher mortgage loan.
I do not live with her nor have ever made any payments.
Most importantly, I will not be receiving any of the profit she makes selling her home.
I should be fine right?

If she can, it might be a good idea for you to have her refinance to get you off of the loan

No it has no effect on your SSI

I as the co-signer only helped be the co-signer but I do not live in the home and have not made a single payment toward the home.
