Essentially trading her equity in one house for equity in another(in another city). I'm short on the facts, but basically that was it. Is that still possible? We have large amount of equity (over 60% conservatively). We don't want to be on the hook for 2 mortgages, though we could rent this place out til it sells. We are in a rather unique area up here on the northern ca. coast. (awesome-health forces move)
