Reed, 75149 is the oldest area of Mesquite. It has the oldest and smallest homes. It would depend on the home itself, the condition and the asking price. There are many foreclosures and short sales in this zip code. You can search MLS on my web site.

Reed, It would be extremely difficult to give you an accurate number since there are right now 432 single family homes alone on the market in 75149 and 267 sold in the last 6 months.

Reed: The answer to your question definitely depends on which part of Mesquite, (and also on the condition and age of the house). Some areas sell quicker than others, and in some areas a pre-owned home may be in competition with new homes that builders are putting on the market at some pretty great prices. Do you need to sell a home in Mesquite?
