It really depends on where you are in "tax season". You will have a prorated tax credit that will be required to pay the buyer. Also, you will need to pay $3.00 per/ $1000 of purchase price for city stamp taxes as well as title and attorney fees. An acceptable estimate would be around 2% above and beyond any commissions you would pay as part of the transaction.
