Are there sites to list my home FREE on MLS in the State of DE? How can I get listed on trulia w/o realtor?
go to postlets.com where you can build your own ad, with photos and a nice template that looks very professional. The ad can be automatically posted on Trulia, Zillow and several other sites. It's free.
Hi Cindisu! Only a realtor can list your property on realtor.com and the mls. Sorry. HOwever, it sounds like you are interested in a Flat Fee type agreement. Most realtors do not offer this. Go to my website for more info on that. Good Luck!
You would require an agent to list on MLS it is a professional services which only realtors pay for. Trulia listings are posted by realtors only. SUGGESTION: Try to locate a flat fee listing agent who can post your listings in MLS and Trulia.

Only a realtor can put your home in the MLS. As for Trulia, they also only accept listings through a realtor.
In this market, it's going to be tough doing a FSBO, but I wish you well.
