There are so many but be sure you are very careful since some of them do charge although they indicate that you will not be charged if you provide them notice. Only after the fact do they tell you that you cannot cancel your membership by e-mail. eNeighborhoods is one of them so if you sign up for a trial be sure you call if you decide to cancel and don't rely on their customer service. If you do not receive a notice that you cancelled by e-mail within 24 hours contact them again. Also Postlets.com is great. It submits your information to quite a few websites automatically. I presently have my listings on about 35 websites and always looking for more. Good luck.

I am a fan of http://www.backpage.com - It is very much like http://www.CraigsList.org, but a bit more subdued. The other answers have many sites also mentioned that work. Find an Internet savy real estate practitioner in your area.

I suggest that you work out an arrangement and get listed on the MLS, perhaps doing a flat-fee listing. Most properties are sold via a selling and listing agent.

As I stated before there are just so many sites that Realtors use. You might try Rightmoves.co.uk , Primelocation.com, propertyfinder.co.uk, and immobel.com to find Buyers in the UK and Europe. Oodle, hotpads, realtytrac, move, propsmart, openhouse.com, vast, homescape, along with the majors like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and AOL. Realtor.com. is still the biggest but only for MLS listings. Trulia is a great site too. HDTV has a real estate site at their Frontdoor.com Cyberhomes is a Fidelity's site. There are many FSBO sites, however, I'm not familar with as many.

Joanne if you are looking to put it out there yourself go look at Postlets.com. This site (which I use) will create your flyer and push your listing up to Google Base, Oodle, Hotpads, Trulia, Dothomes, Zillow, Backpage, Vast, Properazzi, and others plus it will format a craigslist ad for you. Now it costs $5 to plus your listing so that you go to all the sites and can add up to 18 pictures. There are also sites like Livedeal and others that have real estate sections. Your best bet if you are going to FSBO is to get a flat fee broker to put your listing in your local MLS and Realtor.com.

Wish you the best of luck,
Hope this helps,

Thank you for your question. I am a realtor and there were a few of these that I was not aware of. I post all of my listings on every site I DO know about so I guess I'll be busy tonight. Thanks everyone for the information. My clients will greatly appreciate it!

There's also CyberHomes, Oodles, HotPads, Realtor, and many more that Realtors use. Then there are the many FSBO sites.
Craigslist is great for advertising locally. Yahoo, MSN, and Google also have listing sites.
Try Postlets, too. That will get you advertising on multiple sites. And a professional looking presentation.

There are so many Websites for Real Estate, you can't count them all. Are you selling on your own or using a full service Broker? We as Prudential Palms Realty in Sarasota offers our Sellers over 50 sites and many foreign sites. All MLS listings feed to Realtor.com. Trulia is a great site too. HDTV has a real estate site at their Frontdoor.com Cyberhomes is a Fidelity's site. Trust a good Broker. Ask about their web presence both US and Overseas sites.

I like your question, however I think you need some better answers.

You want to sell your home and you know that the Internet is a great way to get out the word. You also want to sell for the highest possible price so you can net the most in your pocket, so you are willing to give a little on the price because you are "saving" money by not paying a sales commission. Am I right so far?

You might be able to sell your property without professional representation. Homeowners do all the time.
But, in case you have challenges, here are a few truths that you should know:
1. Owners that sell their home without professional representation sell to someone they know about 5% of the time, to someone they don't know 5% of the time....and 85% of the time they list their home with a Realtor.
2. Homes sold without professional representation average a selling price 16% LESS than those sold by Realtors. Which makes complete sense because you are only dealing with 10% of the buyers.
3. The buyer first sees the home they buy with a Realtor 90% of the time. So the REALTOR brings the buyer. Why would a buyer choose to use a Realtor? When you purchased your home, you used a Realtor
right? Because we work for "free".

So this is my suggestion. If you really are serious about selling (have to sell with a time line), then interview three Realtors. I'll be happy to provide you with a referral of a Top Realtor in your area if you like. Compare their answers. The you make the call. If you can sell, great. If your plans change, then you've got plan B all set to go.

Good luck.

I use epropertysites to make a website for my listings and it will syndicate the content. It also will create backpage and craigslist postings that are really attractive and easy.
