There is a wonderful community right in Yardley Borough..actually has a walking trail to downtown. This is a unique venue of units in this area, as it is in a secure building with all maintenance other than interior taken care of by the Association. Others in this area are either single homes or attached (2 and sometimes 4 units) to a building. In other wods, there are MANY choices of 55+ communities all with different lifestyles and budgets!

This is a great area for persons over 55. There are many communities of condos, townhouses, and even single family homes, where the maintenance is done by the association. These communities have pools, clubhouses, fitness rooms, sometiomes business areas, golf, and many other activies. Prices start low and go up as high as you want, so there is something for everyone. Let me show you one that suits You!

Are you looking specifically for Yardley area or surrounding suburbs as well? You can check out Regency of Northampton or Traditions of Washington Crossing. These 2 are newer communities with all the ammentities that you can think of.

Please let me know if you need more information on these communities.
