Are ther additional fees for an out of state seller?

The fees you will pay to sell you property here on the Outer Banks don't change with you being a out of state owner. You will have your transfer fee of 1% of the sales price, the .02% Revenue Stamps, the commission, your attorney fee and any other last minute negotiations you will make to get the home sold i.e. repair credits, etc. If you are looking for a great team of agents to sell your home, please consider me and my parnter. Nope. NC, Nags Head and Dare County treat everyone the same, unlike some of our neighbors. I can give you a list of what your expenses should be.
