Are subdivisons/homs that allows fences get more looks from buyers than those who don't allow fences?

My subdivision now allows fences but some would like to change the restrictions.

We only looked at neighborhoods that allowed six foot vinyl privacy fences. We have two medium sized dogs and two kids. I think people like the openess of neighborhoods without fences but once they live in a neighborhood-- I believe most people like the privacy of a fence. We also only looked for houses on high ground to avoid water issues.

HI JUDY,

IN MY EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BUYERS, MOST BUYERS WANT A FENCED IN YARD OR AT LEAST A YARD THAT ALLOWS FENCING TO BE PUT UP. I HOPE THIS HELPS.
