Their may have been more sales then usual because a few people wanted to get the first time home buyer tax credit which just expired in april, they do have until june to close on the house though, so from now until then the number will be skewed. Lets hope the goverment stops interferring with the real estate market now so that it may return to normal.

Sales are picking up in N Cape May. It is a really nice place to live. Since the begining of the year 16 properties have sold. If you woukd like any info. or would like to see anything, please let me know.

Sales are flat. The low end homes are selling, the majority of listings are 40-50% over-priced. Prices will be dropping for several years, and the next 6 months are a particularly bad time to buy. The numbers don't lie, those cute 2-3 bedroom cottages are only worth $120k, and will get back to their true worth.
