I also took that not so coveted title last year as well...LOL. Short sales are 95%+ of my business. My approval rate is well over 90%. My partner and I cover Southbury. This won't work in every situation. It's a numbers game but can be a very viable solution to someone who would like to save their home & sell in a better market. Short sales can be very stressful & will still damage your credit to some extent.
