Yes, they are out there. When talking to agents make sure to tell us how important it is to you and what type of comunication you'd like. I personally like to find out from my sellers how, when, and how much they need.

Derek, others, perhaps you can help me with this simple question. Is it TRULY possible to find an agent that actually corresponds with you throughtout the listing process? You know there are plenty of agents eager to list the property, but never to be heard from after the fact. I think I'm batting 0-5 now. Very disappointing.

Not right off hand. I'm mostly just trying to stay up on what's moved and what hasn't. Lots have been a bit on the sluggish side, so any info I learn always helps me be better at moving what inventory I have. If I can help you at all let me know.

The reality is that it usually takes time to find a buyer interested in land at this time. Because many of the builders and investors have slowed down quite a bit, the best advice I can give you is to price your property as aggressively as possible and have it presented in as many places as possible.

One thing I will gaurantee you is that there are very few agents out there who are willing to give a property the amount of exposure I am willing to provide. I would at least like a chance to be interviewed by you to share with you all of the places I will expose your property. Make an informed decision and ask where your property will be advertised.
