I work right here in Bedford Township, and have sold 2 listings that were 2 bedrooms this summer. To be frank, I was shocked we were able to get both sold. One was a vey unique house and sold quickly. The other was sheer luck on just the right buyer coming along. There's sort of two tiers of 2 bedrooms in this area. A) ones over 900 sq ft which are $80,000 to $100,000 at the highest....and B) those under which are going for $40,000 to $75000 at the most.

Price really drive these smaller homes, and 2 bedrooms in particular.

Your price should be in relation to what has SOLD, not your competition. (which may or may not be priced for this market.). Presume it is listed with a Realtor. Lots of pictures on various websites? All those count.
