It depends on the condition and update of the home, the square footage etc. Data sold shows for 3 bedrooms and 1 bath ranges from about $11k- $23,500.

What can you get for your house? You can get whatever the market is willing to pay you for it.

How much is that? Well, that is a question that you should ask the Realtor of your choice. You could ask more than one Realtor that question. What will compel them to give you a good answer is their hope that you will list your house for sale with one of them.

Study the Realtors who you meet. Measure them for their professionalism, their capability, their honesty, their experience and decide which is the best fit for you.

Look at the responses that you have generated. You already have Realtors reaching out to you who would like the opportunity to compete for your business. Why not give one or two or three of them an opportunity to win your business?
