If I understand you correctly, you are wanting to know the average sale price of condos at Taneycomo Terrace of Forsyth. In 2007, 10 condos sold through the MLS averaging $123,375 and 2008, there were 4 sales averaging $127,875. Of course, I don't have to tell you that the values vary depending upon which building the unit is in, what extras were included in the sale (i.e. carport, garage, boat slip, rv space, parking space, trailer space) and of course the condition. P.S. No sales thusfar for 2009 and the inventory continues to grow (16 in the MLS currently - averaged list price is $115,337). Hope this is info is helpful.
