Accepted an offer on our home from a pre approved couple. Inspections and appraisals are done. How long should a commitment letter take?

Generally in Oneida County the commitment letter should take 3-4 weeks from application. However if an internet lender was used by your buyer it can take an additional 2-3 weeks. Your contract with the buyer should have a date when an unconditional bank commitment letter is recieved . Your Realtor if used should have a grasp on this and communicate this to you, if not then check with your attorney.
