Dear Sbachi,

Broadview IL is a great Village. I especially like the way Trustee McGrier has handled the Village's response to all the issues regarding property valuations.
Our office can certainly handle your property appraisal and updates.
Please contact our office and ask for Kevin Poindexter (708) 582-7592 ext 105.

He can help you with all your real estate appraisal and update needs.

See you soon!

Your best bet is to contact a local appraiser or appraisal management company. If you are looking to refi your mortgage and need an appraisal, your lender will most likely initiate the appraisal via an appraisal management company. If you need a referral for a seasoned appraiser, let me know and I will send some contact info over. Best of luck.

An appraisal done by an appraiser will have a fee and will be more in depth than a comparative market analysis done by a Realtor. A CMA is usually a service that Realtors provide with no charge. If you are considering putting your house on the market to sell, I would contact a local Realtor and they will give you a pretty accurate price range in where your house should be priced at.
