My partner and I have done several of this type of sale, but it has to be done properly. If you would like to email or call us, we can give you the information on how to start.

There is a program that lets you purchase with sec 8. It is difficult at best, and your credit would need to be good. You could go to housing counseling to find out what you will need to buy a house.

No matter your age, Aja, section 8 is only for renting, not buying.

Good luck.
